The project starts with a story, where the most important characteristics of the main buildings in this travel are analysed. It’s latent in the text, personal perception which denotes the parallelism between the human being with nature itself, of vine, marked with illustrations.

Inside the boo, we can find a short separate brochure with information and photos of the facilities and wines of five of the wine cellars under the “Bierzo Guarantee of Origin”. The enologists from “Viñas del Bierzo” in Camponaraya, “Cuatro Pasos y Luna Beberide” in Cacabelos, “Godolia” in Pieros and “Pérez Carames” in Villafranca del Bierzo showed me the inside of their wine cellars.
